Views and charts
The same plan can be seen in several ways, depending on what you need to do: organise, sort, plan over time or analyse progress. This page explains each view and the summary panel.
Switching view
At the top of the board you will find the view selector. Choose the one that best suits the task at hand:
- Board — the Kanban view, with the columns side by side and the cards ready to drag. Ideal for day-to-day work.
- List — a table you can sort by priority, due date or assignee. Useful for reviewing many tasks at once.
- Timeline — places the tasks on a date ruler, with horizontal scrolling. It helps you understand the plan’s schedule.
- Charts — presents the plan as charts, for a quick read of the overall state.
The charts
The Charts view brings together several views of the plan:
- Donut chart — distribution of the tasks By Priority.
- Bar chart — number of tasks By Column (bucket), to see where the work is concentrated.
- Daily activity (14 days) — how completed tasks have evolved over the last 14 days, so you can follow the delivery pace.
Summary panel
The summary panel gives you an immediate snapshot of the plan through indicator cards:
- Total tasks in the plan.
- Completed tasks.
- Overdue tasks.
- Tasks due in the next 7 days, under Upcoming (7 days).
- Tasks completed This week.
