These terms apply to the foral.cloud website. Subscriptions to the Foral application are not open yet; when they are, the service terms will be published here and shown to you before any contract is entered into.

1. What this site is

An informational site about Foral, with a form for requesting access or getting in touch. The prices shown are illustrative and do not constitute a commercial offer; nothing on this site creates a contract between us.

2. Acceptable use

We ask only the reasonable: do not use the site for unlawful purposes, do not attempt to compromise its security or availability, and do not submit the forms automatically or in bulk.

3. Content

The text, trade marks and images on this site are ours or licensed to us. You may quote them with attribution; you may not reproduce them in full without permission.

4. Liability

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". This does not exclude the rights the law gives you on a mandatory basis, in particular as a consumer.
