Do the prices include VAT?
No. The figures shown are per user per month, billed annually and excluding VAT. Applicable VAT is added to the invoice.
Can I choose how many licences I need?
Yes. When you subscribe you choose the number of licences (seats) you need. The total is calculated automatically from the plan and the number of users.
Where is my data hosted?
All data is hosted in data centres in the European Union, with GDPR built in and beyond the reach of the US CLOUD Act.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You can move up a plan at any time. The Enterprise plan is tailored to your organisation — talk to our sales team.
How does the Enterprise plan work?
Enterprise is an on-request plan for regulated entities and the public sector, with SIEM, dedicated encryption key management, an SLA, NIS2 compliance support and assisted migration.
